Puppy Head Start's top priority is the health and well-being of our puppies. We require all potential owners go through a formal application process to ensure our puppies are placed in the best homes. Anyone wishing to adopt a puppy must completely fill out and submit an application to be considered (see the link below). Please note that you must have an approved application before we will schedule an appointment to see the puppies. In addition, we reserve the right to decline any application. We are located in North Atlanta and we do not ship our puppies.
